The National Assembly of Armenia introduced the first reading in the  law "On the Social Card Numbers of the Public Service"

ArmInfo.The National Assembly of Armenia made an addendum to the law "On social service card numbers" on the first reading on September 13.  According to Vache Terteryan, the First Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development, currently there is a whole range of services in the country, in particular, the salary of a citizen, his income, taxes, duties, opening a bank account, maintaining the base  of state and municipal structures, must necessarily be done if there  is a social card number.
